Detailed Description

Marker for the base of the inheritance hierarchy.

Normally, DataVectorBase<T>::Base is the class from which DataVector<T> should derive. If, however, T has not had a base declared to DataVector, then DataVectorBase<T>::Base will be NoBase. (And similarly for DataList.)
