Enum and tools for decoding generator information from the process code -- yuck!

Todo:: This thing is a mess that completely breaks down with LHE files and new gens. REMOVE!

Note:: Sherpa cannot be used with capital letters as it interferes with the namespace name from external Sherpa package.; New generators need to be added in genames.inc too EML 12.12.2008; PYTHIA instead of a special number 1010000000 is now 110000000 (the special number may be used when we run out of other numbers) EML 19.01.2009
