dead cells

It produces and stores three jet moment : BchCorrCell, BchCorrDotx, BchCorrJet after computing the energy fraction of dead cells.

IMPORTANT : this run2 implementation is less complete than before. -> it can not make use of the older IHadronicCalibrationTool (wasn't used by default anyway) and therefore doesn't take the cryostat correction into account.

Also it now requires the existence of a MissingCaloCellsMap in SG.

Lots of commented blocks are still around until we're sure they're not needed anymore.
